Welcome to HowWasIt. I created HowWasIt with the idea that we all love to go out to dinner but we don't always know exactly where to go. My wife and I research new restaurants online at sites like DCFoodies.com and AOLCityguide and then we spend a lot of money and end the evening disappointed. The problem is that these sites draw reviews from such a wide range of individuals that a highly rated restaurant may not be what we are looking for. So, I figured we can narrow this wide range and limit this group to our friends and neighbors in our immediate community. By narrowing the opinions to a smaller group, the chances of having success will greatly improve.
